Where the time goes
Enrolment runs on paper forms and spreadsheets. The office matches bank transfers to families by hand, sends reminders one by one and answers the same questions about timetables and fees every September.
What we build for schools and training providers
- Online enrolment with forms, documents, contracts signed online and places per group.
- Payments: tuition by card or transfer, invoices issued automatically, reminders before due dates and transfers matched to families.
- Timetables for groups, rooms and teachers, with changes sent to the people affected.
- A parent and student portal for timetables, progress, documents and invoices.
- An AI assistant that answers questions about courses, fees and dates from your own information.
- A website with every course on its own page, found by people searching for it.
An example
Take a language school with three locations and 900 students. In September, parents enrol online, choose a group and sign the contract on the phone. Tuition invoices go out automatically each month and late payers get a polite reminder. When a teacher is ill, the affected groups get a message and the timetable updates for everyone.
