Where the time goes
Accountants spend the first days of every month chasing clients for documents, retyping invoices, downloading e-invoices from the tax portal and matching bank lines by hand. The work grows with every client, and the deadlines do not move.
What we build for accounting firms
- E-invoice flows: received e-invoices downloaded and imported into your accounting software, issued ones generated and submitted, each with its status tracked.
- Document collection: a portal or an email address per client, where receipts and statements arrive, are read by AI and are filed under the right client and month.
- Bank reconciliation: statement lines matched to invoices, with only the exceptions left for a person.
- A client portal showing what is missing, what is filed and what is due.
- A phone or chat assistant that answers routine client questions about deadlines and documents.
- A dashboard of every client’s status before each deadline.
An example
Take a firm with six accountants and 300 small-business clients. Each client forwards receipts to its own address, uploads statements to the portal, and gets an automatic reminder three days before the deadline for what is still missing. Received e-invoices are already imported every morning. The accountants start the month with a list of exceptions.
