Where the time goes
Customers call to ask where their shipment is. Orders arrive by email in ten formats and are retyped. Proof of delivery is a photo in a chat, invoices go out at month end, and dispatch works from a whiteboard and a phone.
What we build for logistics and transport
- Order intake: orders by email, file or API read and entered automatically, in any customer’s format.
- A customer portal with live status, documents and invoices for every shipment.
- A driver app on the phone for jobs, proof of delivery and incident reports.
- Invoicing the moment a delivery is confirmed, with extra charges added from the job.
- An AI phone agent that answers “where is my shipment” from live data.
- A dispatch dashboard of vehicles, jobs and delays.
An example
Take a regional transport company with 25 trucks. A customer emails a spreadsheet of 40 pickups; within minutes they are jobs on the dispatch board. Drivers mark each delivery with a photo and signature, the customer sees it in the portal, and the invoice is issued that same evening.
