Where the time goes
Every new channel multiplies the manual work. Someone copies orders into the invoicing tool, updates stock on each marketplace, prints labels one by one and answers “where is my order” emails all day. Prices drift between channels, sold-out items stay listed, and returns slip through uncredited.
What we build for online stores
- Marketplace sync: products, prices and stock flow from your store to every marketplace, converted to each market’s currency and price points, and listings switch off when stock runs out.
- Orders to invoices: every order invoiced as it ships, every return credited, e-invoices submitted where the law requires it, and no duplicates.
- Shipping: labels from orders in bulk with your couriers, tracking sent to customers automatically.
- Supplier feeds: products and prices from distributors, with your margin rules.
- An AI assistant that answers order-status and return questions from your own data.
- A live dashboard of sales, margin and stock per channel.
We run this today for a fashion brand selling through 33 marketplace storefronts across Europe.
An example
Take a home-goods store selling on its own site and on three marketplaces, with 200 orders a day. Each order arrives in one queue, the label prints in the warehouse, the invoice goes to the customer and to the tax authority, and the stock change reaches every channel within minutes. The team’s day goes into buying and customers, and a new marketplace becomes a configuration change.
