Where the time goes
Planners copy orders from the ERP into a spreadsheet to work out what to produce and what to buy. Nobody knows today’s output until someone counts it, and a missing component stops a line before purchasing hears about it.
What we build for manufacturers
- Planning: orders from your ERP or shop turned into production plans and bills of material.
- Material needs and purchasing: what to buy and when, with low-stock alerts before a line stops.
- Shop-floor apps on tablets to start jobs, report output and scrap, and flag issues.
- Live dashboards of orders, work in progress, stock and output, on a screen in the hall.
- An AI assistant that reads supplier confirmations and delivery notes and updates the plan.
An example
Take a furniture manufacturer with two lines and 60 employees. A large order arrives in the ERP; within minutes the plan shows which line builds it in which week and which boards and fittings are short. Purchasing gets the list with suppliers’ lead times. On the floor, each finished batch is reported on a tablet, and the dashboard in the office updates as it happens.
