Your operations, on autopilot

Orders, invoices, stock and prices move between your shop, marketplaces, ERP, couriers and accounting by themselves. AI handles the documents and emails in between.

Where the hours go

People copy orders, prices and invoices between systems every day. Each copy is a chance for a mistake that costs money, and growing means hiring more people to type.

What we automate

  • Orders to invoices. Every order invoiced as it ships, every return credited, invoices submitted to e-invoicing where the law requires it, with no duplicates even when something retries.
  • Marketplaces. Your shop stays the source of truth for products, prices and stock; each marketplace follows it in its own currency and price points, and orders come back into one queue.
  • Suppliers. Products and prices from distributors’ feeds, with your margin rules per brand, category or customer.
  • Shipping. Labels created from orders in bulk with your couriers, tracking sent to customers, cash on delivery matched when the courier pays out.
  • Money. Payments matched to invoices, and a clean export for your accountant at month end.
  • AI reads invoices, contracts and emails and fills in the data, and people approve what matters.

For a fashion brand selling across Europe, this keeps 33 marketplace storefronts in sync and invoices every order within 30 minutes.

How it works

  1. We map each system, decide which one owns each piece of data and agree the rules.
  2. First workflow live in two weeks, tested on real data before it takes over.
  3. Monitored around the clock: a step that fails or a job that does not run raises an alert.

Questions about this service

How much does an automation cost?
From €1,500 excluding VAT per workflow, such as orders to invoices or supplier feeds to prices, plus from €90 a month to run and monitor it. A project with several workflows gets one fixed price.
Our tools already have plugins. Why build an integration?
When a plugin does the job, use it, and we will say so. A built integration pays off when several systems take part in one flow, when the plugin breaks on returns, currencies or volume, or when no plugin exists.
What happens when one of the systems is down?
Every step can safely run again, so nothing is lost or duplicated. Work waits and resumes, and we are alerted if it waits too long.
