Where the time goes
Estimates are built in spreadsheets at night. The phone rings while everyone is on a roof or in a basement, and the customer calls the next company. Jobs, crews and material deliveries live in someone’s head and a group chat.
What we build for construction and trades
- Estimates and quotes built from your price lists and labour rates, sent as a PDF and tracked until they are accepted.
- An AI phone agent that answers when nobody can, takes the job details, books a site visit and sends you a summary.
- Scheduling: jobs, crews, vehicles and deliveries in one calendar, with customers reminded before you arrive.
- A website that shows your projects and turns visitors into requests with photos and measurements attached.
- A dashboard of quotes sent, won and lost, and margin per job.
An example
Take an installation company with four crews. A homeowner calls at 11 a.m. while every crew is out. The agent answers, asks what needs installing and where, and books a site visit in the next free slot. That evening, the estimator opens the visit notes, picks items from the price list and sends a quote in ten minutes. The customer gets a reminder the day before the crew arrives.
