Where the time goes
Partners answer calls from people whose case the firm does not take. Consultations are booked by email ping-pong. Clients call to ask about their case, and standard documents are rewritten from the last one every time.
What we build for law firms
- A website with a page for each practice area, written for the questions clients search, with lawyers’ profiles and a clear way to ask for a consultation.
- An AI receptionist that takes enquiries, asks the questions you set, books consultations in the right lawyer’s calendar and passes on a summary.
- A client portal with case status, documents, invoices and secure messages.
- Document automation: contracts, powers of attorney and letters drafted from your templates and the client’s data, reviewed by a lawyer.
- A security review of how client data is stored and shared.
An example
Take a firm of eight lawyers in employment and commercial law. A caller asks about a dismissal at 7 p.m.; the agent asks the firm’s intake questions, books a 30-minute consultation with the employment partner for the next morning and sends him the summary. After the meeting, the engagement letter is generated from the template with the client’s details in one click.
