How we price
A fixed price for a fixed scope
We agree in writing what you get, when and for how much before work starts. A change of scope gets its own written price before anyone works on it.
A monthly fee only for what runs
Hosting, monitoring, updates and support for what we run are a monthly fee. A project itself has no subscription.
Yours from the first day
Code, data and accounts belong to you. Everything is documented, so your team or another supplier can take it over at any time.
Questions about prices
- How much does a business website cost?
- Ours start at €2,500 excluding VAT for a custom-designed site of up to eight pages in one language, built to load in a fraction of a second and live in two weeks. More pages, languages or features raise the price; you get the exact figure after a 30-minute call.
- How much does a web application cost?
- A focused application, such as a client portal, a booking system or an internal tool, starts at €9,000 with its first release in six weeks. Most cost between €9,000 and €40,000, depending on screens, roles and integrations.
- How much does an online store cost?
- From €4,500 for a store with its catalogue, payments, couriers and invoicing connected. We recommend the platform whose fees suit your margins and connect it to the systems you already use.
- What does it cost to run afterwards?
- From €90 a month for a website and from €400 a month for an application or platform, with hosting, monitoring, security updates, tested backups and support. Third-party licences, if any, are passed on at cost.
- Can EU funding pay for it?
- Often, yes. Digitalisation grants cover software, integrations and AI. We write the technical part of the offer for your application and deliver within the programme’s deadlines.
- Do you work by the day?
- For open-ended work, yes: a fractional CTO or senior engineers inside your team, from €800 a day.
