The problem

The numbers exist, spread across the shop, the invoicing tool, the marketplaces and a few spreadsheets. Someone spends Monday morning copying them into a report that is out of date by Tuesday, and nobody sees a problem until the month is over.

What we build

  • Connections to every source: online stores, marketplaces, ERP and invoicing, bank exports, couriers and spreadsheets.
  • One data model, so revenue, margin and stock mean the same thing in every report.
  • Dashboards for management, sales and operations, on a laptop, a phone or a screen on the wall.
  • Reports sent by email on a schedule, and alerts when stock runs low, a channel stops selling or an invoice is overdue.

Most of the budget goes into clean, connected data. That is what makes the numbers trustworthy.

How it works

  1. A call about the decisions the dashboard should support.
  2. A data audit of the sources, with a fixed price for the first dashboard.
  3. First dashboard in three weeks, checked against numbers you already trust.
  4. More views added in small steps as your questions change.

Questions about this service

How much does a business dashboard cost?
From €4,000 excluding VAT for a first dashboard from up to three data sources, live in three weeks. Each further source or dashboard is priced in the written offer.
Do we need Power BI?
Not necessarily. We can build on Power BI or Looker Studio if your team already uses them, or deliver a dashboard inside a web application with no per-user licences.
How fresh is the data?
As fresh as the sources allow, usually every few minutes. Sources that only export once a day are refreshed once a day.
