Who handles your data
NetSaaS SRL operates this website and is responsible for the processing described here. Its registered office is Intrarea Constantin Simionescu nr. 19, ap. B26, Sector 1, București, România. When you visit the website
Cloudflare delivers and protects the website. In doing so, it may process technical information such as your IP address, browser and device details, requested pages, and request times. We use this processing to make the site available and protect it from abuse. Our legal basis is our legitimate interest in operating a secure website (GDPR Article 6(1)(f)). See Cloudflare's privacy policy for details of its processing.
When you contact us
The contact form asks for your name, email address and message; your company name is optional. We use these details to read your enquiry, reply to you and discuss a possible project. If you email us directly, we process the details you include for the same purpose. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in responding to enquiries (GDPR Article 6(1)(f)); if your request concerns steps toward a contract with you personally, Article 6(1)(b) may also apply. We do not use your enquiry to subscribe you to marketing messages.
Form submissions pass through our contact service, which forwards the name, email address and message to a NetSaaS Telegram chat. The optional company field is submitted to the contact service but is not included in the Telegram message. Please avoid including sensitive personal information in your message. Telegram is based outside the EEA and handles messages under its own privacy policy. Cloudflare also processes requests to the website and contact service. Your email provider and ours process direct email correspondence.
The contact service also uses your IP address briefly to limit repeated submissions. Its rate limit is held in memory for about ten minutes. We use this to protect the service from abuse under our legitimate interests (GDPR Article 6(1)(f)).
How long we keep information
We keep enquiries and correspondence while we are handling the request and any resulting business relationship. Afterwards, we review them and delete them when they are no longer needed for follow-up, record keeping or a possible legal claim. The contact service does not maintain a database of submitted messages. Cloudflare and Telegram apply their own retention practices to data they process; see their linked policies.
Storage on your device
If you choose Light, Dark or System in the theme control, the site saves that choice in your browser's local storage under netsaas-theme. It is used only to remember the display setting and can be removed in your browser settings. The site does not load advertising or analytics scripts or place analytics cookies.
Your choices and rights
You can ask us for access to your personal data, correction, deletion, restriction of processing or a copy of data where portability applies. You can object to processing based on legitimate interests. Send a request to contact@netsaas.ro. You may also complain to Romania's data protection authority, ANSPDCP, or another competent supervisory authority.
The contact form needs your name, email address and message so we can handle your enquiry; the company field is optional. You can choose not to send a message. We do not make automated decisions about enquiries.
