An example
Take a dental clinic with four dentists. At 8 p.m. a patient calls with a broken filling. The agent finds the first free emergency slot, books it, sends a confirmation by WhatsApp and tells the morning shift. The next day, every patient booked for Thursday gets a reminder; two cancel with one tap, and the waiting list fills both slots.
